Week 1

Image
This week our project has started. our group has agreed on this topic to do research and complete the project with it. since this project will be done remotely all the meetings were on teams. Additionally, there are no labs so all circuits will be done using NI Multisim 14.2.  Goals  Clear the concept of the project Sharing opinions  Divide the work install NI Multisim 14.2 Project Concept Investigate a Chaus chaos circuit (L, R, Diode in series) and compare it to a linear (L, C, R series resonant circuit). And understand the derivation for resonant frequency and Q-factor. Moreover, know how to identify chaotic behavior. A simple circuit exhibition chaotic circuit will be designed and built. its performance will be compared to a linear LCR circuit. some circuits can be used to encrypt data for security applications. The figure below illustrates some chaotic behaviors that you can identify in the chaotic circuit.              ...

Deterministic chaos has been making a large effect on both science and engineering. Meaning chaos in the unpredictable behavior exhibit. A deterministic model is a mathematical equation containing no element of chance. Chaos can only be a demonstration by a nonlinear system. A nonlinear system is called chaotic when it exhibits sensitive dependence on primary conditions and has an infinite number of several periodic responses. The simplest electronic chaotic circuit is Chua’s circuit. Chua's chaos circuit. The component Nr is a nonlinear negative resistance called a Chua's diode. Usually, it is made of a circuit including an amplifier with positive feedback. negative resistance is a property of some electrical circuits and components in which a raise in voltage through the component's terminals results in a drop in electric current across it.
